Our company organized a 5S training session for employees across all departments, with the purpose of promoting effective work practices and creating a better work environment.

The training included valuable insights into the importance of each 5S step, along with hands-on workshop activities. Employees practiced tasks such as sorting out unnecessary items from the workspace, organizing equipment appropriately, maintaining cleanliness, and cultivating good work habits.

This training session received great participation from our staff and is believed to be a strong foundation for building an efficient and sustainable organizational culture.
