Equipped with a 3-stage groundwater treatment system, including an automatic control valve (auto head).
The pretreatment system consists of:
1.1 Coarse sediment filtration using Anthracite media (20 liters) contained in a fiber glass pressure vessel (8” x 35”), equipped with an auto flush control valve.
1.2 Water softening unit using Softener Resin (20 liters) housed in a fiber glass pressure vessel (8” x 35”), complete with an auto flush control valve and a 50-liter brine tank.
1.3 Chlorine, odor, and color removal unit using granular Activated Carbon (20 liters) in a fiber glass pressure vessel (8” x 35”), with an auto flush control valve.
1.4 Fine sediment and particle filtration using a 5-micron cartridge filter (10” x 4.5”), installed in a heavy-duty polypropylene housing, complete with an outlet pressure gauge.
1.5 Feed water booster pump with a power rating of 150 watts.
1.6 Sample valve for water sampling.
1.7 Inlet and outlet isolation valves equipped with pressure gauges for monitoring system pressure.
2.1 High-pressure rotary pump, 1/3 HP, 220V, 50 Hz, with heat dissipation capability.
2.2 RO membrane: Polyamide Thin Film Composite, size 4” x 14”.
2.3 Membrane housing made of PVC, pressure-resistant up to 225 PSI, lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
2.4 Salt rejection rate: 95–98%.
2.5 Water production capacity: not less than 60 liters per hour.

Pressure tank (diaphragm type) with a capacity of 11 gallons
4.1 Two (2) mixed-bed tanks, each with a capacity of 15 liters, containing 10 liters of mixed-bed resin (cation + anion) per tank.
Tanks are made of fiber glass.
4.2 Final polishing filter using a 1-micron cartridge filter (10” x 2.5”), housed in a heavy-duty polypropylene housing.
Modular design mounted on two (2) stainless steel (SS304) frames, allowing flexible installation in limited spaces.
System operation controlled by magnetic contactor (magnetics control system).
